I wear many names: therapist, wife, daughter, sister, friend, veteran. At heart, I am simply human—like you—navigating the delicate dance of life, sometimes stumbling, sometimes soaring, always striving to hold it all together (and yes, I know what it feels like to fall apart).

That’s why I created Bee Courageous Counseling: a gentle haven where you can finally exhale, set down your burdens, and let your true self breathe. Here, there’s no need for masks, no pressure to have all the answers. Just honesty, healing, and space to grow—at your own pace.

I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Golden Gate University, and my passion is walking alongside people from every background—especially those whose voices have too often been quieted, whose stories have been set aside. If you come from BIPOC or underserved communities, know this: your story is precious here. You are seen. You are valued.
